Shipping policy

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • We ship Monday through Friday, 6 am-4 pm CST, excluding holidays.
  • UPS/Purolator/DHL deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
  • UPS/Purolator/DHL does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
  • UPS/Purolator Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders will be processed the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm CST. Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping rates will be based upon the delivery distance and the weight of the package being shipped.
  • Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
  • Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received before processing.
  • The international shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties, or value-added taxes (VAT). All prices listed are in CAD $.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.
